1.Who We Are

Tiny2Teens Health is a parent education platform run by Dr. Srimukhi Anumolu, Consultant Pediatrician & Neonatologist. We conduct live online webinars and educational sessions for parents of infants and young children.

2.What Information We Collect

We only collect information when you voluntarily provide it — for example, when you register for a webinar.

Name — so we know who is attending
Email address — to send your Zoom link and session reminders
Phone number (WhatsApp) — to send reminders and the session link via WhatsApp
Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

We do not collect sensitive health data, medical history, or personal health information about you or your baby.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

To send you the Zoom link for the webinar you registered for
To send session reminders via email and WhatsApp
To respond to questions or support requests you send us
To inform you about future sessions or events (you can opt out at any time)

4.Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a secure and RBI-compliant payment gateway. We do not see, store, or have access to your card or banking details at any point.

5.Do We Share Your Information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

The only tools that may receive your information are:

Zoom — to host the live webinar session
Razorpay — to process your payment
AiSensy / WhatsApp Business API — to send you session reminders

All three are industry-standard, secure platforms used solely to deliver the service you signed up for.

6.Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website may use basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors find and use the site. This helps us improve our content and reach parents who might benefit from our sessions.

These tools may collect anonymous data such as your approximate location, browser type, and pages visited. They do not identify you personally.

You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.

7.How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your registration details for up to 12 months after the session date, primarily to handle any queries or follow-up support requests.

You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us at HelloDr@doctorsrimukhi.in.

Request that we correct or update your information
Request that we delete your information
Opt out of WhatsApp or email communications at any time
