Refund & Cancellation Policy
Simple, fair, and transparent. Here's exactly what happens if plans change.
Last Updated: April 2026We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session. No refunds after the session has taken place. If we cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund or a free spot in the next session — your choice.
1. Our Sessions Are Live & Non-Recorded
All Tiny2Teens Health webinars are delivered live on Zoom. They are not pre-recorded courses. Because of the live nature of the session — and the time Dr. Srimukhi and our team invest in preparation — our refund window is time-limited.
2. Cancellation by You
✅ More than 48 hours before the session:
Full refund. No questions asked. We'll process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
❌ Less than 48 hours before the session:
No refund. The session preparation is already underway and the spot cannot be re-filled at short notice.
🔄 Can't attend but missed the 48-hour window?
Email us and we'll transfer your registration to the next available session at no extra charge — subject to availability.
3. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free spot in the next available session — whichever you prefer
We will notify you by email and WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or rescheduling.
4. No-Show Policy
If you register and do not attend the live session without contacting us in advance, the registration fee is non-refundable.
We strongly recommend adding the session to your calendar and saving the Zoom link as soon as you receive it.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or session transfer, simply email us:

- Include your registered name and payment reference number
- We will respond within 48 hours
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect.
6. Exceptions
We understand life happens. If you're facing a genuine emergency — medical or otherwise — please reach out to us directly. We'll do our best to find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis.
